I was definitely hoping for a Galaxy style mario game. Not necessarily a galaxy 3, but something with the wow factor like the first galaxy game had. I actually had the same feeling the op is describing. This games feels like levels, instead of worlds. I'm sure I will enjoy it, although it was not the game I was hoping for. I certainly hope nintendo will do the right thing with the next Zelda game. I liked Skyward Sword, but not the style. Hopefully they will go back to the Twilight Princess style.
