There's yet to be a PC announcement, and with every passing day it becomes slightly less likely...

When was the PC version of GTA IV announced? The late announcement means little. 

The things that do matter are that Red Dead Redemption never made it to PC and that previous GTA ports have been half-arsed

On the other hand, the PC version of Max Payne was rather good
