And these fries are healthy for you without all the unhealthy fat so yes you can make it if you want :)  I'm assuming there is some carbs in it so it would be recommended to make it before your workout though.

I'll check out the protien powder you mentioned... have a large bag of muscle milk that I regret owning that me and the wife have been trying to get through.  Looking forward to making these on Friday when I start back up on real food.

Muscle milk is pretty good as well depending on the flavor.  I think muscle milk is pretty good for bulking up and adding muscle.  One of the better brands for sure.
