I love Coconut Water XD  What protein powder are you using?  I'd recommend you trying Optimun Nutrition Chocolate 100% Oat Whey if you haven't tried it and are looking for a different kind.

And these fries are healthy for you without all the unhealthy fat so yes you can make it if you want :)  I'm assuming there is some carbs in it so it would be recommended to make it before your workout though.
