I have no idea how this root tastes, but the seasonig is great. Sea salt is awesome. An awesome, yet very simple potato recipe (I know this article is about avoiding potato, but whatever):

1. Clean the potatoes
2. Cut them in half
3. Brush them (literally, use a brush) with a bit of oil (In Germany we use sunflower, but I'm pretty sure you can use any oil that doesn't burn at 180°C) on both sides
4. Lay them down on the cut side and sprinkle some sea salt on top
5. Bake them for 30 minutes at 180°C

Soo good. You can even eat the skin,
