Nah I dont believe in perfect :P And oh yeah i do have cheat days.  But it is rarely and i usually pick pizza when i cheat XD lol

If he is tall and skinny he could just be an ectomorph meaning he has a high metabolism.  A good way of judging that is if he has little muscle tone (unless he works out).  What body type you are plays a big role in your eating habits and weight so it is good to know what body type you are.
