I'd recommend the S4 out of those options as the better phone. I prefer Android over iOS, the S4 is more powerful, has a better camera, and an SD card slot.

As other have mentioned, the Xperia Z is an excellent phone if you can find one. On top of being an Android it has a great camera. waterproof, and a better or equal screen to the S4. Xperia also have access to the PlayStation Mobile app so you get those small indie mobile games that you'd need a Vita for otherwise. If you can find an Xperia ZR it has a shutter which allows for underwater picture and video recording. There is also the Xperia Z Ultra if you want a 6.4" screened giant phone.

The S4 active is out too if you can find it. That's also waterproof.

Whoa whoa whoa whoa.

I'll consider that one a lot now.

Yeah, the active is like Sony's Xperia Z phones. It uses a sprayed on microfilm that makes it waterproof and rated at a certain depth for a certain time. Just need to make sure the ports are all closed. No need to buy an expensive Lifeproof case or bulky Armor Otterbox.

As far as I know, the ZR is the only one that does underwater video because touchscreens are unusable under water.

Oh and side note, the Xperia Z Ultra can use regular graphite pencils as a stylus. Not sure if that's special, but first I've heard of it.

Before the PS3 everyone was nice to me :(
