Biggest mistake Nintendo made with the WiiU

I feel like the three biggest mistakes that Nintendo made are
- Naming the console close to the same as the previous console. (Wii, Wii U)
- No major titles to own as of yet. (Smash Bros, Mario Kart, Mario Party, Mario Galaxy-ish games, etc.)
- Poor marketing, getting the word out.
