Naw. The gameplay in Last of Us didn't do it for me, great acting, scripting, storyline, okay pacing, dull gameplay. The opening 20 minutes were amazing.
Second time that's happened for me this year (BioShock Infinite being the other time). Both are really good games, but the gameplay itself was pretty bland. Tomb Raider was the reverse with excellent gameplay and pacing but so-so acting, scripting, characters and storyline.
I just want somebody to get them all together. Of course all 3 of these games are some of the best of this gen regardless, just far from flawless.
