Prop 8 has already been ruled on twice that it violates the US Constition. It has been overturned twice, but held up by the proponets and sponsors of Prop 8.
With today's ruling, it would go back to the lower court ruling, and be invalid. Probaly at least 30 days before same sex couples get marrige licenses again though.

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned. Top 50 'most fun' game list coming soon! |
