Exactly, there is no point, not even with the difference between DS3 and 360. So what if 360 had concave triggers and the DS3 had convex L2/R2, if you wanted to play Halo you were going to do it on 360, wanted to play GT you did it on PS3. Althought, I never got why developers wanted to use L2 and R2 for racing games though, they never did until this generation, whatever happened to 'Press X to go'? It's much easier on both 360 controller and DS3 to go from A/X to X/Square then fiddle about with the triggers. Wait... that's personal opinion again... |
I use right stick up or down instead X and Circle in GT5 when I use a controller... feels natural for me.
But I use a wheel in over 90% of the time... it is the best.
