It was a pain in the ass for me. My Family got the core model for me during a holiday so I ended up having to spend an extra $129 on the HDD, two battery packs (because I refused to buy batteries for that crap again), an extra controller, the full year of XBL after the two months. Ugh... its like trying to assemble a halfassed Transformer robot.
I should've just bought myself a full Xbox 360 at that rate instead of letting my family buy it. Nongamers don't know the core model of the 360 is utterly useless to a gamer.
