Well, there's Rock Band, Ratchet and Clank, Resistance and Call of Duty 4 both have 4 player splitscreen, Burnout Paradise, and Uncharted is fantastic.
All those games are out. But upcoming games are:
Final Fantasy XIII, Final Fantasy Versus XIII, God of War 3, Metal Gear Solid 4, a rumored new Syphon Filter, and Motorstorm is an arcadey racing game that will have 4 player splitscreen.
