I'm pretty sure if XboxOne was 50% more powerful on paper you wouldn't be saying this. 

Id say it would be 360/PS3 graphics gap, but with X1 getting the slight edge instead.

I have no illusions about this as 3rd party developers will just take the easy route and make them equal. Exclusives are another story.
