As of now, Ouya is on my maybe list. I haven't decided on a new home system yet so it's still a possibility for me. A tablet can't do multiplayer though correct?

 

Reasons to get: Only $100, good for emulators, cheap multiplayer fun, simple.

Reasons not to: Not super high-quality, might not get support, a new version releases every year making yours outdated quickly.

Tablet, multiplayer? Do you mean local or online? A tablet can do online multi.

A reason not to get is that you can get something that you can carry around which does the same things - and more. Tegra 3 tablets aren't expensive.
