What eras specifically? Medieval times as well? Yesterday I was watching an Assassin's Creed 4 Black Flag preview and while I'm not a fan of pirates, just the fact that it was set in a historical era made me a bit excited. |
The Medieval ages especially. If people are being hung, drawn and quartered then I'm there.
I just love the brutality and lack of tact in those times - great for literature such as movies and video games. The dialogue is often very engrossing as well. There’s nothing like old literature spoken in a British accent.
Yea, I concur. Not a fan of that per se, but since it is drenched in history I am interested. That was always the lure of the Assassin's Creed games for me. Modern games are less interesting to me – they seldom get my attention. I think that’s why I am a huge fan of The Elder Scrolls, despite the bugs. A wonderful marriage between fantasy and antiquity
