They already announced more than 15.


titan fall and dead rising are not from microsoft studios. (dead rising is published by capcom right?) also, they annouced games that probably wont be released within the first year (black tusk game) for example. MS went ALL OUT at E3. sony and nintendo didnt. 

No no, you misundersood me.  Not 15 published.  15 exclusives.  They have announced 17 or 18 exclusives so far (Not all has anything to do with Microsoft so they all dont count towards the 15 MSFT was talking about)   Dead Rising 3 had help from MSFT i believe. Almost positive on that as the Dead Rising developers said DR3 wouldnt even be made if it wasnt for MSFT.
