Assuming that Sony has any part with these titles publishing then yes they are. I will not argue this.  Same goes to titles like TitanFall, not published by MSFT.  And Im sure you also have heard that MSFT is likely working on 26 titles and Nintendo is likely to be working on just as many.  Games takes years to make so dont expect a barage of games from first parties to all come out at once for any of the big three other than nintendo.  They will be spread out over time.

to answer your Knack question I only watched the Knack video once and never paid attention that he said remote play.
