Seriously anyone trying to defend Naughty Dog is just an insanely blind fan.  It's not like Ellen Page had a fit, she sounded very professional in her comment.  She is in another game and thus Last of Us is in a way competition and Naughty Dog shouldn't be allowed to use her likeness without permission.  Now if she wasn't in the video game world at all, then its another matter, but she is.

Its arguable i think. Ellie has the actresse's complexion and eyes. Though the shape of her face seems to look like Ellen page.

I think they should be careful with that, but i think it would be difficult to prove they have ripped off from Ellen, even if its somewhat probable. I dont think they should do that. But, it might've been a coincidence aswell.

I think Ellie looks like a sort of mix between Page and Johnson. Come to think of it, she looks a lot like a young Alexis Bledel as well.
