Honestly I think sometimes the mods would be ashamed of explaining some bans to real people who aren't on this site...But this is the internetz right? Anonymity has clearly some pros and cons.

Yes, it's flame-bait. They obviously didn't say that... So yes. It is ban worthy. Especially if you're a repeat offender. There is an official explanation that is accurate too. Whether you've looked it up/read it when it was posted is another story.

 

Would you be offended if a RL friend of yours would say that in the same situation? People usually lose the respect to the others behind an anonymous mask on the internet and say things they wouldn't dare to say to a real person. But here it's just the opposite. We're not allowed to talk in a way that normal people wouldn't be offended in real life. This is kinda sad.
