What? I'm in Melbourne and I've very rarely experienced lag on Diablo 3. Especially rubber banding. I get the obvious amounts of ping but it's far better than trying to play Halo 4 on a US peer host.

As a resident of Sydney who has expirience 300ms ping for Diablo versus 80 ping on FPS, trust me the difference is like day and night. Right now you're living in the night and don't know the pain your suffering because it has always been night, be glad... ~_^

Hmm, I've had ping that high up often too but it usually sits in the 180-220 range. Maybe it's my ISP or something making the difference. I'm with Internode, which is a small sister company of iiNet. You?

TPG which is pretty rubbish, (hey its cheap :P) I should probably switch to internode - they definitely are better for gaming, but even 200 ping is kinda meh. I know gamers that chuck a fit if the ping is above 100 for fps. Myself - whislt I do notice the difference-  is humble enough to enjoy what I got.
