I read a lot of thinks in the internet and the consensus is that inFAMOUS, The Division and The Witcher 3 were the best graphics at E3... the last one was running in a PC and the others two in a PS4.
MGS5 was running in a PC... Ryse is not impressive and runs at 30fps.
Forza 5 is impressive even when Turn 10 not fixed the biggest complain about its graphics for me... the toy look of the car and its colors.
