I had butterflies in my stomach from the beginning of the Spring season, all the way through the end. I kept thinking, "ok around this corner, one of them is gonna die."
The ending felt a little sudden but reading some of the posts and thoughts here, it makes sense, the way they ended it. Joel knows he has to live with the burden of having lied to Ellie, but I'm glad he did what he did. Right or wrong, I didn't give a shit. When I heard Ellie wake up in the back of the car, I gave a huge sigh of relieve.
Also, Ellie is the most kick ass girl character, in a game, of all times. She is just so real.
