Runa216 said: so torn lately. The 3DS is getting so much more love from me, and the Vita is kinda collecting dust. Once Muramasa and Dragon's Crown come out, I'll be good. As it stands, most of the games coming for the Vita this year are all games I can get elsewhere. Dragon's Crown is on PS3, Muramasa is a Wii port, and Final Fantasy X and X-2 are all updated PS2 games and are both on PS3. The only games on Vita that are coming out that I want that are exclusives are Tearaway and Killzone, and neither excite me all too greatly. I think Tearaway will be good, but not great. Same with killzone, which I think will be good and VERY pretty, but not great. the 3DS, on the other hand, is getting Mario and Luigi, Link to the PAst 2, Pokemon X and Y, Smash Brothers, and more. Right now, I'm far more excited for 3DS and WiiU than anything else. Nintendo has really brought it to the table, and Sony is NOT supporting their handheld. This will be the death of the Vita. the 1-2 punch of better competition and a lack of support is gonna end it. |
Theres also Ys: Celceta, Valhalla Knights 3, new atelier game, freedom wars, corpse party 3, god eater 2, destiny of spirits, and toukiden.

That might be great for the tiny fraction of the population those games are made for, but where's the mass appeal? The Vita will not emerge from this slump until the system gets a GOOD call of Duty game, or God of War, or Grand Theft auto or Original Final Fantasy, etc. Niche titles are great, but they don't sell systems.
