This is great news all around. Reseller pool will get diluted like others mentioned and Sony is really putting itself in a great position to grab a lot of market share early.
Everything about the PS4 to this point has given me a lot of confidence that Sony is insanely prepared for this generation. Other than Mark Cerny looking like he hadn't slept in a year, that is.
