Deus Ex is my favorite. Followed by dark souls... It is a bit annoying u need to mod it to get correct resolution and games for windows live.
My favorite story of those is kotor2 with the restored content mod.
My favorite gameplay is probably between dragon age, dark souls and deus ex. However they're rereleasing deus ex. If You've waited this long you might as well wait. All of those games except mass effect 1. Are amongst the best games this gen IMO.
Also witcher 2 and dragon age on the highest difficulty is harder than dark souls IMO.
