Well, this is risky though. If you prematurely perform a price cut on a $flexible console such as Wii U the effects could be horrible. They are still selling it at a loss guys, at least let them dull the pain for a while. I do think that a price cut will be necessary in 2014 though. With Mario Kart 8 and Smash Bros. a price cut is almost inevitable.
With 3DS, quite an underpowered system when compared to PSV, received a price cut it was after SM3D Land and that was when 3DS begn its road to conquest. You can't cut prices on a console so quickly. Just wait.
