Given the good hardware and the innovations in it, I think yes. Last hope by now is PS4, isn't it? Sony sadly failed to get system-sellers on the Vita.

It's a catch 22. People aren't buying because their aren't any games; companies aren't putting games on the system because people aren't buying the system. Would a price cut with a redesign help?
