Not to mention they have a weaker console with bigger focus on social and TV, as well as smaller first party support (most certanly improved from 360, but still smaller than Sony's and Nintendo's). The console is also harder to develop for...and its being outsold by PS4 in its strongest markets (US and UK)
But yeah, they are in much better shape than they were 30 minutes ago.
