Final Fantasy 13 was built in the same way.   A perfectly usable PC build is in harddrives at Square Enix (Unless they got deleted).  I'm still waiting for it on PC.

Aim for FFXV instead. ^^

As much as I loathed the game, it wasn't THAT bad.  I'm sure I'd play it again if I could mod it.
