EA on X1 DRM change:no change to our decision to discontinue Online Pass. It is dead

I dont believe they did anything for the benefit of the player. They got cornered when Sony sided with the gamers. The DRM failed, so they have to work their way around it. They are going to speak about it later so we'll see.
