first: perhaps will have. it will be released in 2014, only in us and only for selected games. and needs a very good internet-connection.

1) Ps+ is 10 dollars cheaper than live. It also has more features i.e letting friend take over game, long term game rentals

2) The internet connection doesn't have to be good on your end. It's just like streaming high quality video and audio from youtube and uploading button inputs.

3) You have to download a patch to make a 360 out of your One. It doesn't come that way. I already explained how this is negative.

10 Dollars a year. Less than 1 dollar a month. Ok, with limited pocket-money... But really no issue. But again, we don't have any details on Live regarding XBL. Or do you have? I doubt so.
