How can Gran Turismo 5 really be delayed when it never had a solid release date set? Same thing with FFXIII...Square never gave a release date. Just because IGN has a date down, doesn't mean that the publisher gave them that date--it's purely estimations on their part.
People always say games are "delayed" when lots (not all) have not had solid release dates set by the publisher. Sure, places like Best Buy & Gamestop & IGN GUESS dates, but these are only that--guesses and estimations...pure speculation. Nothing official.
I'm not at all aiming this at the OP, I'm just saying that you see it happen all the time in general.
