Here put this in your OP: (stolen from GAF similar thread)
As you know, every Nintendo home console since the NES and every handheld since the DSi has made use of region-locking. This has kept many region-exclusive titles out of the hands of otherwise prospective customers. If it hadn't been for the original DS being region-free, not many in the West would've been able to play Ouendan and turn it into a a cult hit.
Now during E3, more than ever, is our chance to tell Nintendo that we want the Wii U and 3DS to be made region-free. Please help in any way that you can.
Here's a Miiverse post to "Yeah" and add your words of support: https://miiverse.nintendo.net/posts/...UxwX1GQ?sctw=1

Also be sure to mention that you'd like to see region-free systems on Club Nintendo surveys!
While localizations are wonderful and will always have their place, the value of consumer choice in determining what games to consume cannot be denied.
Thanks for your help.
