Some rumors surrounding TitanFall arose out of nowhere a couple of hours ago. According to those rumors, TitanFall would be a Windows 8 exclusive title. Naturally, that upset a lot of PC gamers and since we wanted to make sure that this info was legit – before presenting it to you – we went ahead and asked Respawn about it. Thankfully, we can confirm that TitanFall will NOT be a Windows 8 exclusive title.
Good news then for all PC gamers, as they will be able to enjoy this new mecha title on their PC systems that are not upgraded to Microsoft’s latest OS.
TitanFall is entirely multiplayer, in a new experience that combines fast-paced multiplayer action with the heroic set piece moments traditionally found in campaign mode.
Set in a distant frontier torn apart by war, players will have the freedom to switch between fighting as elite assault Pilots or agile, heavily armored, 24-foot tall Titans.
