Yes. As long as your gold run through December you can get all the games free and let your subscription lapse  and you can still keep the games. Unlike some other companie that is offering free games. mmm-hmm.

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.
