How big can PS4 be in Japan?

I'm not quite sure if you understood what I said.

I said Wii caused an abnormal growth in total amount of consoles sold. But in Japan, console sales shrunk compared to last gen even with the Wii. If the Wii hadn't existed, the total number of consoles sold in Japan would be even less than what we see now and it has already shrunken from the 6th gen.

That coupled with a massive shift in major Japanese franchises toward handhelds last gen (DQ, AC, etc.) that's continuing throughout the 8th gen (SMT and a couple more that I'm forgetting) means that there's less incentive to buy a console in Japan.
