Disclaimer: I don't own a 3DS, ergo I not vote in poll.
Personally, whenever a company remakes a game, I want to see them do something drastic to justify the remake. I actually came up with my dream "Majora's Mask" remake like that, and it's...not the original to say the least.
For starters, it would be for the Wii U, not the 3DS, and it would have a drastically different and darker art-style than the Ocarina remake. Obviously, the story would be darker to match.
Secondly, Kafei would be Link's permanent partner for the whole game, introducing a co-op element, or at least a competent AI helper. Players would only receive enough items to fully equip one character, so what items and masks which player got would act as an on-the-fly class mechanic.
Third, in order to swap items in combat, you'd have to run up to your partner and use the gamepad's touchscreen to throw or catch items in real time. Pausing only stops time when battle music isn't playing.
If Nintendo did that, heck yes Majora's Mask. Otherwise, if it's just the same game with slightly updated graphics...Kirby.
