Ron Paul used to win online presidential straw polls with like 95% of the vote. How did that actually work out for him in reality?

So game consoles are politcal now???

If you've paid any attention to the industry for the past 20+ years now, yes.

I've paid attention to the industry since 1977, and most all of my gamer friends over the years enjoyed video games regardless of platforms.  We were very enthusiastic about video games, and we always saw past namebrand because it was the games that we wanted to play.  Then again, the true gamer has been more and more of a dying breed.

You'd be the equivalent of those rare "libertarians" in the political world.  For the majority of "core" gamers, they are firmly in camps X, Y or Z, and rarely budge barring a monumental shift in the console landscape, such as SEGA going the way of the dodo in the hardware market.

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.
