I don't really think I'll bother with any 3rd party games for the Wii U after all. They had one year to show enough games to make it worth building a game library for the system, but it didn't happen. Now most of the games coming for it will have nicer versions on the PS4, so I don't really see the point.
But if this is your only console you should be buying some of these games really. I can't see why you wouldn't.
