They won't improve their product.
"People are not bashing us cause they don't like our product, it's because we are misunderstood"
^That, is the tought of microsoft whenever they fail.
Surface, Windows phone, windows 8, windows vista, ...
Either they are ahead of their time everytime, either they just should go back making software
