The statium have to be made with private money... investments, sponsorships and some money from the Club that will be the owner of the stadium.

It can't be done with private money. Only in the USA, because the market is so differenet.

Elsewhere in the world the public sector has to take the biggest responsibility for an event like this.

Imagine how many millions of people will be happy watching over a month of football in summer of 2014? I will watch constantly (unless the time zone thing prevents me). I can't wait.
