I was being told this recently. "XboxOne is the future, and PS4 is still doing things that the PS3 is currently doing... it'll be out of touch in a few years".

It's a stupid argument because both PS3/Xbox already do digital sales. We know digital purchases are increasing, there was actually no need to go down this route, because slowly but surely people are doing it anyway. MS were trying to speed that route up, when they didnt need to. Because everyone knows when you buy digital you cannot resell/share etc..

The PS4 will do everything that the XBO can do except for the TV service. So the PS4 is $100 cheaper and can do basically everything the XboxO can do. Thats before we have been given Gaiki (sp) which could be a game changer imho.

Will the casuals buy the xboxone at launch... not at that price. Will they buy it later at a reduced rate, perhaps, but the excitement of a launch will have gone away and MS will need to put some serious money behind it to get sales to take off in the number they want.

Oh, one final note, there is *NO* chance that we are going to see 1 billion consoles sold this generation, that is an absolute joke of a figure. We will be lucky to match this generations numbers, just because the Wii really took off.
