The actual big difference comes from the memory bandwidth though, 7770 is a 128bit part while the 7850 is 256bit, that's where the performance would change in the Xbox One, make no mistake, I don't think the One is faster than the PS4 at all, I'm just saying that the 7770 is serverly gimped ^_^; The 7850 is very close to what the PS4 has though, even down to the amount of bandwidth for GPU tasks as the rest are needed by the CPU.
