PS3 gpu power draw: between 50W(7900gt) and 85W(7900 GTX). Both the high end cards of the day.
PS4 gpu power draw: 80W-100W. Geforce Titan power draw: 250W
So that's 2.5x the performance, 2.5 the power draw and probably 2.5x the price. I really don't see what they are trying to prove here. It's like making a big bulky smartphone with 3 cpu's in it, with two additional battery packs strapped on and then saying ''our smartphone is faster!''. Uhm DUH!
