I'm not sure that's a fair comparison, 7770 is severly gimped.

I think it is a fair comparison.

PS4's GPU has slightly better GPU than 7850, pixell/texel fill rates are similar to 7850, but it has more TFLOPS and higher bandwidth.

XOne's GPU performs close to 7770, although it has 2 more CUs, but at lower clock rate - it actually has slightly less TFLOPS than 7770.

Both GPU's have their own customizations, but comparison of vanilla 7850 and 7770 is pretty good starting point.

Unless, of course, MS surprises us all and it's something more similar to 7790 inside.
