It's going to be the exact same as last gen, with first party games having a clear graphical edge on the PS4. Of course, without the RAM limitations of the PS3 (when compared to the 360) and a ~50% better GPU, I think the differences are going to be a bit bigger than last gen. The difference to last gen, however, is the PS4 will never get bad ports of 3rd party games. 3rd party games will either run/look the exact same on both platforms or they will look slightly better on the PS4.
