and is the most expensive

Not necessarily true. You have a PC, no? How much did it cost? Do you have any idea how much extra you would have had to pay for it to be gaming-capable? Yeah, probably not more than the price of a new console. And then there's the fact that online gaming is free on PC (with the exception of MMOs and such) and that PC games cost ~$10 less than console games.

i have a high end PC.

@bolded, if you are talking about 360+xbox1 then yeah. but when talking about PS4 and PS+ you have to take into consideration that they give you a huge amount of games for just 50 bucks which ulitmatly makes it much much cheaper than PC games. also, you can buy used and rent games on PS4

That point about PS+ is true... But at the same time, are all those games something you really want? I was a PS+ subscriber for a year and there were only a few games I cared about at all. Of course if you have lots of time and interest for games, PS+ is a great deal, no arguing about that. But if not... Well, there's a good chance PS+ won't really be worth much.  And about buying used games and renting games, one could argue that on PC it is unnecessary when there's regular sales on PC and during those sales, you can get games for ridiculously low prices.
