Well I know unemployment is down, but I also know that statement can be misleading. Anyhow, I don't really see Obama doing anything to create jobs per se. Obamacare certainly isn't helping people find full time work. So if more people are working, its probably in spite of Obama.

I'm not seeing any sources saying the nation debt has gone down.

Hes actually dropped the deficit 4.3 trillion over his tenure, but 1.8 was the recent cut.
