I don't mind snaking in MK since in the end MK is a multiplayer game and everybody can do it if they want. Maybe they could make the AI use snaking as well as soon as the player starts using it too much, but I actually don't see other problems (maybe somebody can clear them up for me). For me it still looks like it is somewhat intended as opposed to F-Zero GX where it was certainly not.
